Day meetings can take place in all our conference rooms and many of our function rooms as well. So whether you are looking for a meeting room for 10 people or an auditorium for 400, at Royal Holloway we can provide facilities, accommodation and catering to make your event truly memorable.
Below are details of our recommended rooms for smaller events, however day meetings do take place in the Windsor Building, the Moore Auditorium, the Arts Lecture Theatre, the Boiler House and even in our gorgeous Picture Gallery. Find out more.
The International Boardroom has the capacity to seat 32, an excellent foyer space for refreshments with plenty of natural light and several small seminar rooms within the same building. Versatile and spacious, it is a fantastic choice for training sessions and small away days.
Kingswood Blue Room
The aptly named Blue Room is one of our off-campus facilities. Located at Kingswood, a Royal Holloway property approximately one mile from the main campus, the Blue Room sits within an 18th century mansion. It is the most secluded of our conference rooms and offers a comfortable exclusive meeting space for up to 28 delegates. It is also an ideal location for a drinks reception and similar events.
